In 2003, 127 lots of non-agricultural land of the total area of 64.9 hectares were sold for entrepreneurship in the Kyiv region and brought 9724.1 thousand hryvnias. 143 more lots on the area of 77.65 hectares estimated at 8652.9 thousand hryvnias are ready for sale.

) A stock of land has been formed on the area of 389 thousand hectares and a reserve stock — 102.6 thousand hectares. In 2003, 6 auctions were held selling uncompleted construction projects. 31 projects were put up to auction and brought 601.6 thousand hryvnias. 30 more projects are ready for sale in 2004.In 2003, 185 projects were granted out on lease, and 1755 thousand hryvnias were brought to the state budget.
The department of small privatization of the Kyiv region privatized 15 state-owned projects in 2003:
- 7 by auction sale,
- 8 - by redemption.
16 projects are to be privatized and 1 object has changed the way of privatization.
The materials of 11 more projects have been arranged and submitted to the Fund of State Property. |
